This Privacy Policy describes how Forest Technologies ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Everywhere (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
1.1 Account Information
- Project names, descriptions, and configuration you provide
- Connected social media account identifiers (usernames, channel IDs, page IDs)
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM)
- Profile information returned by connected platforms (name, avatar, follower counts)
1.2 Content You Create
- Posts, drafts, and content variants you create or generate
- Media uploads (images, videos)
- Publishing schedules and analytics data
1.3 Usage Data
- Logs of API calls made to connected platforms
- Publishing success/failure history
- Aggregated analytics from connected accounts
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
- Generate AI-assisted content using third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI)
- Display analytics and performance metrics
- Improve and maintain the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share data with third parties only as necessary to provide the Service:

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes. We do not resell or redistribute any platform-derived content or data to third parties.
3a. Pinterest API Data
This application uses the Pinterest API. Our use of Pinterest data is subject to Pinterest's Developer Guidelines. This site and service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.
When you connect your Pinterest account, we access your profile information and board list solely to enable you to select where to publish pins. We store your Pinterest access token (encrypted at rest) to publish pins on your behalf.
When you disconnect your Pinterest account from Everywhere, all Pinterest-derived data — including your access token, profile information, and board data — is permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours. We do not retain, resell, or redistribute any Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data after disconnection.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in databases that we control. All access tokens, API keys, and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We follow industry best practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or disconnection of a third-party platform, we delete the associated tokens within 30 days. Aggregate analytics may be retained in anonymized form.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data and disconnect accounts at any time
- Export your content and project data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Object to specific uses of your data

7. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
