Welcome to Everywhere, a multi-platform social media management service operated by Forest Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Everywhere (the "Service"), you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Everywhere allows users to connect their social media accounts across multiple platforms, generate and schedule content, publish posts, and view analytics. The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs and OAuth flows where available, and may use browser-based automation where APIs are not available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you may need to connect your accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens
  • All activities that occur under your connected accounts
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Complying with the terms of service of each connected third-party platform

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect
  • Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Manipulate engagement metrics in violation of platform policies

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their APIs. Your use of those platforms through Everywhere remains subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, and publishing on your behalf).

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use AI models (such as OpenAI GPT) to assist with content generation. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe on any rights.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREST TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Israel.
